The thermoformable polystyrene sheet is an effective solution for thermoforming yogurt pots, cheese trays, butter, and many other products. It offers many advantages, including high shock resistance, high rigidity, high transparency, as well as excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. ALL Plast offers two types of polystyrene sheets: the standard sheet (compact) and the lightened sheet.

The standard sheet

is available in several finishes: transparent or translucent, two-tone or monochrome. Two-tone sheets have a white interior side and a colored exterior side, while monochrome sheets have both sides colored. This variety of finishes allows customers to choose the sheet that best matches their product and their brand image.

The lightened sheet

is an ecological and economical solution for customers who wish to reduce their environmental impact and their packaging costs. This light polystyrene sheet is made with reduced density, which reduces the amount of material used without compromising the quality of the packaging.

Polystyrene is 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly

Although polystyrene is often criticized for its negative environmental impact, ALL Plast has developed solutions to minimize this impact. First, the polystyrene sheets offered by the company are made with reduced density, which reduces the amount of material used. In addition, polystyrene is 100% recyclable, which allows the raw material to be reused for the manufacture of new products.

Finally, ALL Plast is committed to collecting its customers' polystyrene waste to recycle it and prevent it from ending up in the environment.
